Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
This policy explains how ATFLARE handles returns, replacements, refunds, cancellations, and warranty claims.
1. Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products.
- Report damaged shipments within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and issue.
- Products must be returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and invoice where reasonably possible.
2. Exchanges and Replacements
Eligible products may be exchanged or replaced after verification. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a refund or suitable alternative after confirming with you.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds are generally initiated within 7-14 business days after inspection or cancellation approval.
- Payment partner and bank timelines may add extra time before the amount appears in your account.
- Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method unless another method is legally or operationally required.
4. Cancellations
- You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support as soon as possible.
- Orders already dispatched cannot usually be cancelled and may need to follow the return process after delivery.
- ATFLARE may cancel orders because of payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or non-serviceable delivery addresses.
5. Warranty Claims
- Eligible products may carry a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to product-specific conditions.
- A valid invoice or order confirmation is required.
- Customers may need to send the product to our warehouse or service location for inspection.
- Warranty resolution may include repair, replacement, refund, or rejection depending on inspection outcome and applicable law.
6. Non-Eligible Cases
Damage caused by misuse, power surges, overvoltage, water, accidents, unauthorised repairs, physical damage, normal wear and tear, wrong installation, or use outside product instructions is not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or warranty coverage.
