• Payments are processed through Razorpay or other authorised payment partners. We verify payment status server-side before confirming an order.

• Any refund for a cancelled or failed order will be processed according to the applicable payment partner timelines.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

• Estimated delivery time within India is 5-15 business days after dispatch, unless a product page or checkout screen states otherwise.
• Delivery times may vary because of courier availability, weather, public holidays, address issues, or events outside our control.
• Customers must provide a complete and serviceable delivery address. Extra charges may apply for re-dispatch after failed delivery or wrong address details.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

• Returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims are governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
• Eligible products may carry a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to product-specific terms and inspection.
• Damage from misuse, power surges, overvoltage, water, accidents, unauthorised repairs, or physical damage is not covered.
